The KM600 Ultra series is equipped with advanced PCIe Gen3X4, NVMe 1.4, and stable 3D TLC NAND flash, enhancing both performance and durability. It also features 4K LDPC and RAID ECC technology to ensure data integrity, protect data security, and extend the SSD’s lifespan. With a maximum sequential read speed of 3300MB/s and a write speed of 3000MB/s, this SSD offers rapid data transfer rates. It operates at a voltage of DC3.3V ± 5% and can function in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 70°C. The SSD has a MTBF of over 1,000,000 hours and a TBW of 300TB.
