It also features 4K LDPC and RAID ECC technology to ensure data integrity, protect data security, and extend the SSD’s lifespan. With a maximum sequential read speed of 3300MB/s and a write speed of 3000MB/s, this SSD offers rapid data transfer rates. It operates at a voltage of DC3.3V ± 5% and can function in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 70°C. The SSD has a MTBF of over 1,000,000 hours and a TBW of 300TB.
