Smart PoE+ 802.3af/802.3at support
The IEEE 802.3at standard is supported by the GS1005HP, which provides a maximum of 30 watts per port (with a total power budget of 60 watts) to power PoE network devices such as wireless APs, IP cameras, and VoIP phones.
Easy PoE Budget Management & Advanced Energy Savings at Work
The GS1005HP has a total power budget of 60W with a useful LED indicator that turns orange when the 50W threshold is met. If power use exceeds the budget, the final device will be automatically disconnected, with no effect on the other devices powered by the switch. The GS1005HP's built-in IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) feature analyzes the network traffic and dynamically adjusts power consumption to decrease power consumption during low link use times.
